In implementation of the directives of the President of the Republic, the necessity of concluding twinning agreements with some of those globally ranked universities - in the interest of his sovereignty to raise the efficiency of the quality of education in Egypt and catch up with the development witnessed by the world, and in line with the vision of City University of Cairo, which seeks towards excellence through its commitment to the highest intellectual standards in Education, learning and innovation, and its keenness to apply international quality standards in the educational service provided, and to establish and develop study programs periodically in accordance with the needs of the labor market. (The QS World University Rankings).Or the Times Higher Education Rankings - (World University Rankings - Times Higher Education).

The university’s strategy in this regard is based on concluding agreements to establish joint or double degrees in the various scientific and literary disciplines available at City University of Cairo, which will allow students to study between City University of Cairo and one of the universities with advanced international rankings, and according to these agreements the student will receive one graduation certificate bearing the seal of both universities If he joins one of the joint degree programs, or he will obtain two certificates from the city university and the foreign university, in case he joins one of the dual degree programsAccordingly, City University of Cairo has formed a team of distinguished University professors and Egyptian scholars in all scientific disciplines who enjoy a high international reputation in the scientific field, with the aim of communicating with those universities in preparation for reaching memoranda of understanding that achieve the vision of the President of the Republic and establish on the ground academic programs that achieve the vision of CUC.

UNESP UNIVERSITY OF BRAZIL

  • It is a public university established in 1976, located in São Paulo, Brazil.
  • UNESP activities focus on most areas of experimental and theoretical sciences such as: engineering, health, communication, humanities, social sciences and the arts, among others.
  • It is one of the largest and most important Brazilian universities, with outstanding achievements in teaching and research.
  • It has multiple branches within Brazil, where it has about twenty-two branches distributed throughout the country.

Ways of collaboration between the two universities

UNIVERSITY OF SAO PAULO - RIBEIRO PUERTO COLLEGE OF DENTISTRY - BRAZIL

THE ARAB FEDERATION FOR HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT IS THE AUTHORIZED AGENT OF THE BRITISH NCC

  • It is the local agent of the British NCC EDUCATION, and this capacity is confirmed in the inclusion of the name of the association on the official website of the British NCC EDUCATION.
  • The Arab Union for Human Resources Development, in its capacity as an agent for the British NCC EDUCATION, signed two agreements for academic cooperation with Beni Suef University and Suez Canal University in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

ON THE  UK NCC EDUCATION

  • It is a British qualification awarding body, established in 1966 by the British government to develop qualifications in the fields of computer and information systems.

This body grants bachelor's, master's and diploma degrees in the above-mentioned disciplines to more than 60 highly rated universities operating in the British system inside and outside the United Kingdom in Canada, the United States and Australia. Examples of these universities are:

Cooperation ways

  • A memorandum of understanding for academic cooperation has been signed with the Arab Federation for Human Resources Development as the authorized agent of the British NCC Commission. It places CUC in the ranks of the prestigious universities that apply the British education system in various parts of the world, all of which are internationally advanced.
  • CUC applies all the requirements for obtaining the British NCC EDUCATION standard in the field of management and informationsystems. The student who studied at CUC will have the opportunity to obtain the final year and thus obtain a bachelor’s degree from any university operating in the British education system in the world, because he studied at a recognized university curricula internationally.
  • Also, with CUC obtaining the British NCC EDUCATION standard in management and information systems, the name of CUC will be included in the list of international universities that implement the British education system, and thus will be a destination for receiving international students wishing to complete their studies in the United Kingdom.
