About the College
The College of Art and Design at CUC aims to prepare distinguished graduates in various fields of arts, design, and creativity. The college seeks to develop advanced and diverse technological skills in its students, enabling them to work in various local, regional, and global sites related to their specialization. This is achieved through the provision of an educational service that stands out for its high quality and uniqueness. CUC grants a Bachelor's degree in Art and Design after completing a total of 144 credit hours, in accordance with the regulations set by the Arts Sector Committee of the Supreme Council of Universities. Students may complete their studies within four academic years, divided into eight regular semesters. The admission requirement for the college is passing the technical aptitude exam, which is held at the college to assess the artistic abilities of the student for acceptance into the different programs.

For Egyptian students applying in 2024 with foreign, Arab, or technical secondary diplomas, the minimum required percentages are:
• Faculty of Engineering: 70%
• Faculty of Art and Design: 58%
• Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences: 58%
For Egyptian students applying in 2024 with the Egyptian General Secondary Education Certificate or Al-Azhar Secondary Certificate (after equivalency), the minimum required percentages are:
• Faculty of Engineering: 68%
• Faculty of Art and Design: 53%
• Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences: 53%
