Physical Therapy for Woman Health 
The Department is dedicated to the physical rehabilitation and health promotion of women across different life stages, with particular focus on pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and conditions affecting the reproductive and pelvic systems.
Key Features:
1.    Primary Objectives:
o    To enhance women’s physical and functional well-being during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period.
o    To manage pelvic dysfunction and musculoskeletal disorders related to the reproductive system.
2.    Common Conditions Managed:
o    Pelvic and lower back pain during pregnancy.
o    Postpartum pelvic floor weakness and urinary incontinence.
o    Pre- and postnatal exercise programs aimed at improving posture, breathing, and general well-being.
o    Post-cesarean section rehabilitation.
o    Menstrual-related musculoskeletal disorders.
o    Hormonal or pregnancy-related weight gain and reduced physical fitness.
3.    Therapeutic Modalities:
o    Targeted exercises to strengthen abdominal and pelvic floor muscles.
o    Manual therapy to alleviate pain and restore mobility.
o    Use of electrical stimulation to reinforce muscular strength and manage incontinence.
o    Breathing and relaxation techniques to support recovery and overall health.
o    Structured fitness programs tailored to pregnant and postpartum women.
4.    Student Training and Role:
o    Conduct thorough physical assessments of female patients based on their stage (pregnancy, postpartum, or other musculoskeletal concerns).
o    Design and implement safe, individualized treatment plans under professional supervision
