Postgraduate Diploma in Electrical Engineering – Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University – Bachelor of Military Science and Engineering – Military Technical College, UCG Consultant

His Excellency graduated from the Military Technical College and holds a bachelor’s degree in Military and Engineering Sciences. He obtained a postgraduate diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University. He also held many positions, including Director of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, as well as Minister of State for Military Production from 2013 to 2015.
